Hello,

My HUD on 5050 poker is not working.

I tried to find out where the hand histories are being saved to but if you look into the hand history setting on the site they give you no option as to where to save them to. Just gives you the option to "store hand history for the last x days" under the configuration tab.

Now I checked HEM and it seems it imported a few hands (not sure about all) but the problem is when I play my HUD doesnt show up and I am really not sure how to solve this problem.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.10.04 from the link in my signature.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please check this and answer and post the questions FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work)

if you play tourneys in Prima\Microgaming, Table finder is the unique solution - no more ways to get HUD on tables
this is because of their poker software

That link is incredibly unhelpful as there's simply no hand history folder under 5050PokerMPP. I still don't know where to find my HH files.

All Prima\Microdaming sites store HH in file named
handhistory.dat
it is located in the root of pokerclient folder
so in HM you should add exactly this root folder in autoimport list, HM will find there this file and import from it
C:\Microgaming\Poker\YourSiteNameMPP

Not working, tried adding the root folder for auto import, didn't work. Also tried to import the file handhistory.dat manually, didn't work either. Running version 1.11.07a, but since this topic dates 2 years back, I doubt that'd be the problem.

It will not work with 1.11.07a, you need to update to our latest internal 1.12.10a: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10a_Internal.exe

Note the HM1 update will perform a big database update when you run it.
So ignore any "not responding" error but wait for the program to unfreeze and the database update to finish. Make sure you have enough of free diskspace.

It will NOT work with 1.11.07 - because Prima has changed history format 2 months ago.
Update HM
