Table Ninja keeps saying unable to connect to server. I uninstalled and re-installed manually. Not working. Unsure of what else to do.

Try this ...

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.

Same problem

Every box was unchecked already. What else can cause this?

Usually this is caused by proxy software and occasionally a firewall. Sometimes its just a Windows glitch though. Have you tried rebooting the PC?

I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 with default settings and yes i've rebooted PC several times. I shut down Kasperksy and nothing hapens. Its same : unnable to connect to server.

If kaspersky is the problem shutting it down won't solve it. You will have to temporarily uninstall it to remove any blocks it has saved. Once you connect TableNinja once without it you can reinstall and it should work normally.
