SNG support on Microgaming

Hi - played 24 SNGs on Microgaming yesterday, tried to import today: only 5 imported.

It used "Tourney default buyin" and correctly determined finish position & size but doesnt update $WON or $EV Won.

Using 1.10.04b.

Were the all 1 table sngs?

Yes, all 5-max games (payouts 2.5 : 1.5 : 1), but also 10-max games (with 5:3:2 payout) don't work.

I care most about not importing - payouts I can fix.

Which files do you exactly want me to send?


I followed the steps on FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Microgaming / Prima (Unibet, Ladbrokes, etc) (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/18/Microgaming+%7B47%7D+Prima+%28Unibet%2C+Ladbrokes% 2C+etc%29)



2 Navigate to your Poker Client install path C:\Microgaming\Poker\YourSiteNameMPP
3 Look for the Hand History Folder where Hand Histories are being saved.

I found the unibetpokerMPP folder but I didn't know which folder saves the hand histories, so I just added the entire unibetpokerMPP folder to HM import. Inside there's a GameHistory.dat but there's also a global\handhistory folder.

Please email the gamehistory.dat file to me, in the meantime, backup that file and restart the poker client and it should create a new one, try a tournie then and see if the problem still persists
