Hi,
When i play HU on FTP my hud works fine until about 20 hands are shown, then the hud stops updating even though my HEM is still importing. Why is this?
Thanks,
Fredrik

please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:
1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe
Also do the same for the fulltiltpoker.exe file in the full tilt install folder.
If the problem persists

Test it before you paste back you old config folder to rule out it being a config file problem

ok so thanks for the advice but it isn't really working.
im running windows xp on my computer and I cant find anywhere in the compability tab where I can give HoldemManager administration rights. Also, when I try to update my HoldemManager ti says that it is not a valid Win32 application.... What does that mean?
The same thing happens when I try to reinstall the software....
Please help me!
Thanks,
Fredrik

This administrator settings are not necessary for XP.
Please update to the latest HEM Version 1.10.04 from the link in my signature. I think you are using a pretty old version which had some problems with FTP.
