I'm trying to run some reports and I am confused about why these 2 filters give different results. First I filtered for "Preflop action = fold" and I get 40k hands and -$1600. Then I ran "Saw flop = False" which resulted in 46000 hands and -$650. What am I missing? Are these filters defined somewhere?

Did you also filter for check/fold etc for all the possible ways to fold pre?
And with your filter saw flop = false, this will include hands where you raised and took it down without a flop.

Did you also filter for check/fold etc for all the possible ways to fold pre? No i assumed fold included all ways to fold. I can't quite tell for sure but it looks like it gets the vast majority of them anyway.
And with your filter saw flop = false, this will include hands where you raised and took it down without a flop. That makes sense and is likely the difference, thanks...
