cant get hud working for sngs

on stars. it works for cash games and was working 4 hours ago for sngs. downloaded lastest updates. help!

What game types are you having issues with? The pokerstars cash games were updated recently and we are working on an update. Make sure your pokerstars software is fully updated and that you have v1.10.04b of HEM.

Then you can add this HUD patch, until we release a proper v1.10.05 this weekend.

7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org) - free and open-source

Install it, and then Right-Click the .ZIP file > 7Zip > Extract to "FolderName\"

That will unzip it to a new folder, in the same directory, with the same name as the original zip file.

Close HEM. Open that folder, copy the files, then browse to \RVG Software\Holdem Manager and paste them in that folder.


We are testing a new internal build right now. I do not yet have an ETA for release. Once I do, I will post it on the forums.

ive updated and downloaded the patch, it still doesnt work

it 6max sngs i play. i tried it at micro stakes cash and the hud appears

there is an import error for every hand it loads

i ran a few hand histories through sngwiz between the time it was working and not working. i dont know if that could have caused anything?

creating a new db has worked thanks, how do i get my old data to show up tho?

You need to manually import your old hands into the new database.
You find them in your archive folder (default c:\hmarchive). Import them via import file or import from folder.

Here's an "unofficial" build that has lots of updates along with fixes for many problems associated with the recent Stars and Tilt updates. There's a ton of other fixes too including iPoker shallow tables. We're looking to have an official build early next week but wanted to release this build early for those of you that want to use the latest version of Holdem Manager.
