Backing Up

Hi,
I want to backup my postgresql database files. However, i don't know how to identify them on disk.

Could someone explain to me how I can find and archive them to my new NAS? This is urgent for me as my PC has started to become unstable.

When doing a backup you enter a path and filename. There you will find the file.
