Replayer Won't Open

When ever I try to replay a hand nothing happens, the replayer will not open.

All key files are run as admin.
I am windows 7. I have reinstalled latest version and exceptions are in place in windowd firewall and Kaspersky anti virus.

All my hands are 6 max pokerstars.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Further to this I have realised that this is only true for hands I import from file, i.e. ones I have pasted into a txt file from an emailed hand history list and then imported.
For hands imported by autoimport it works fine.
