quick questions for hopefully simple answers

The first one is, what happened to the great discussion named Quick questions/answers created by Fuzzy? I thought that was great.

I have been using the software, esp the HUD, for a few months with XP, playing cash and tourneys on FTP, Stars and Titan mainly.

Here come the questions:

1/ In tourneys, the win stats for the last 5, 10 and 15 mins always show 0. Why? It would be great to have the streak of the hands lost/won too.

2/ What is prefetch and live track options (greyed out) for stars in the table options?

3/ i set up Default HUD to use for any site, LH NL 6 max and 9 max
a tourney HUD for 6 and 9 tourney, and
a heads up HUD for all heads up. This heads up never gets picked up. I have attached the config file cos this drives me a bit crazy.

4/ On stars, and Ipoker, my MTT imports are all messed up in the tourney section, it shows multiple tournaments, insted of one, with wrong position, field, etc. It is unusable. What can i do to fix this for the future and to reimport properly the old ones?

We decided to close it because our support staff is now larger, which means I dont have to spend every waking moment on the forums, so it would be hard for them/me to keep up with.

Not sure if it is by design or oversight, but you can suggest it in our tourney suggestions forums.

Pre-fetch works for pokerstars. Are you using the current version?

Config file is of no help for this issue.

This is usually because the Use For tab is improperly configured for one or more of your HUD layouts and/or you are not selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu. The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

If you still cant sort it out, Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called prefs. To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Hi Fozzy, thanks for the answers.

1/ Currently the win 5/10/15 mins shows 0 in tourney, is that a bug?

2/ When is live tracking due to work?

3/ I dont understand why i should set default to a site i dont use. I think I have the Use for set up properly, since all my configs are mutually exclusive, there is no conflict between them, as you can see in the attached file.

1) it currently only works for cash

2) Were working on it at the moment, we may have it out in the next beta if things go well

3) Post a screenshot of the usefor tab for all your huds

3/ I dont understand why i should set default to a site i dont use.

I say that because most people would create a clone of the Default HUD and call it Cash or similar, for the 6m/FR games, instead of using the Default. If you set it up properly it should work right, and it does for me.

I had no issues getting the proper HUD to show up on the proper table, at poker stars. I did not make any changes to the HUD. The only one I would make would be to copy the Default HUD and use the copy as your Cash HUD, then deactivate the Default HUD. This way if you do modify it you still have the Default HUD to use as a template if you need.

All tables I was observing and using the HUD Pre-fetch feature.
