Holecards report; any way to make all hands appear?

I'm using the table created in the holecards report in excel. I need the table to list all hand combinations even if there is no HH with certain cards. Eg if vill has never shown down 92s I'd like it to appear with Cards 92s, Hands 0. At present if the hand has not been shown down it does not appear in the list.

Is it possible to change it so all hands appear?

Sorry, not possible based on the way it works since it grabs all the rows and then joins the value afterwards based on the rows returned.
