I've updated to the 1.10.04b version of HEM but whenever I try to import hh's from FTP, all of the hands show up as "Import Errors". I found it somewhat strange that if I import hh's that are already in my database, no Import Errors occur, and they show up correctly as duplicate hands.

what do i have to do to get my new ftp hands to import?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

If you continue to have problems try importing to a new db.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstalling on a new PC - Backup Tips (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips)

What site? What version of HEM?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

I do have problems with IMPORTING HANDS. HM worked well few days ago, i imported more than 40K of hands, but it stopped to work correctly since the 13th of April.
I have the 1.10.04b version of HM and the poker network is IPOKER. The lobby and the hands are in english, i have also set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe run as administrator.

Shallow tables?

Which skin?

Does it work with a new database?

The skin is VirginPoker.it. The sw is the same of IPOKER.com and it worked correctly until 12th April.

Yesterday I tried to use a new database, but it didn't still work. I think they changed something in HH (that's my humble opinion).

Everything is fine, it's just a problem with the ante tables that I was playing primarily on earlier.
