I can take a break for a few hours and when I sit at a table and hem starts importing hands there will be old stats on some of the tables. Ive asked Fozzy about it on 2+2 and he told me to change the time between sessions refresh rate and that didnt help it either. This is on FTP with hem v 1.10.04

Which site? Do you use a hand grabber or datamining software of some sort?
Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config.
- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.
Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)
with the following:
1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the '\hem data' folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
*Also include a screen shot of your Sessions Tab > Group By: > Sessions (by table)
To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Is this only for hero stats or for all players at the table?

I can acknowledge this problem and we are just starting an internal discussion about it.

Ok, any idea of how long until it gets fixed?

To be honest: this doesn't have a high priority, we have lots of other things to fix at the moment. So it will not make it into our next release we are just preparing.
