Full Tilt , Observed hand histories.

I am no longer able to get 5 observed hand histories from full tilt.

It used to work but now it doesn't.

Is there a new way to configure HEM to observe 5 hands?

I did the walkthrough and my setting seem to be fine.

It still doesn't work.

Maybe not just you & not fixed if that's the case

The prefetch now uses the OCR technique from the Rush tables. It will only read the players at the table to show the stats. No handhistories for this hands are generated or imported.
