View Full Version : HM freezes up when selecting mass of hands

hi, my HM has become essentially unusable when trying to look at a large number of hands in the hands category.

for example, going to the hands tab and viewing all my hands from january till now will cause HM to either hang and become excruciatingly laggy when trying to click different columns or just freeze completely. an error sometimes pops up and says system unhandled exception or something like that (i'll write it down next time it occurs).

when i attempt to close HM and re-open it, it hangs on the opening splash screen when attempting to load databases.

i'm currently using win 7 64-bit.

any advice? thanks

How many hands are you trying to view at once.
If 2000+, can't you filter out all the <5BB hands, so at least it won't show all the hands where you folded preflop.

This happens to me as well. Once i hit a lot of hands, it will freeze no matter what. I had HEM since july 2009 but formatted my computer in November. From November till now, i have lot of hands so it definitely has that lag/freeze for about 20 seconds or so.

Patvs... I have tried those performance tips. Its still the same.

Hi,

Please email me and we can do a teamviewer session, just download teamviewer from TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet (http://www.teamviewer.com) and let me know a suitable time GMT in advance. Teamviewer allows me to access your computer to fix the problem.

When we agree a suitable time you just need to send me the ID and password that Teamviewer creates to get access to your PC

Thanks

My hm has been v slow as my database grows. Can I schedule a teamviewer session with a hm representative? When I try accessing a report that has something like 25k+ hands it has pauses of like 10 seconds to make any sort of move between screens and always pauses

Please send a mail as Morny posted. We can't arrange sessions via the forums.
