Hello, I installed HEM in 6/09 on my desktop and have been using it ever since w/o a problem. I even used it this morning while running a session

All of a sudden I get on my desktop tonight to start up a session and HEM is saying it is a trial version w/ 0 days remaining, something like this is mentioned in licensing problems but it is associated with occuring after an upgrade. I have not upgraded since I first installed, HEM worked perfectly fine this morning, and nothing was done on the desktop inbetween then and when I tried to open it back up a cpl hours later except restarting the computer.

I have not been able to try just using my serial code and clicking register because everytime I do this my internet drops. I do need to fix my wireless card (I have been having a problem with my internet recently) but I find it odd it works until I attempt to register with HEM and then disconnects EVERY time after I clicked this button for like 6 staight times (i've had the packet data open and this is when it automatically goes to 0)

Anybody else have this happen (HEM suddenly claiming to be a trial version) and it keep cutting my internet connection when I see if it works to just register again

Any advice on what to do, if I uninstall HEM and reinstall and try that out I'm worried my license # isnt going to work as it was already used 2x in the past.

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/)

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then reset your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.

If you still have problems:

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.
