Need Help downloading HEM

Hi

i am trying to install HEM but seem to be having problems (im technically stupid)

i click on the free15day trial as i want to make sure i can use it before purchasing but even with the simple task of downloading it i am getting error messages

even tho it still fired up and i was able to get into the package it said it was importing files and took 1hr 45mins to complete so i'm guessing it has installed my poker hands?

anyways i eventually found my user alias in the files but when i click on it it says
"you cannot select an alias that doesn't have any players attached to it"





would really appreciate some help with this as i have mentioned i am not that good with this kind of stuff and technical words confuse me easily :D

Hi, that error message was basically telling you the last database you used was named holdemmanager but it cant find it in this database, im presuming you deleted your old one or something or maybe reinstalled postgreSQL however since you got to the import part you seemed to have figured it out

You might be confusing selecting your own username with setting up an alias, both are explained here but you only need to setup an alias if say you play on stars and full tilt but want to see all your stats for both of those accounts together rather than separate.

i seem to have it working now got the HUD up on my tables...

except the names seem to be all over the place so if im on like 4 tables and fire HEM up it takes me ages to allocate the names to the correct players

i'll look on the forum i guess

what do i have to do so that HEM knows what my aliasses are on stars and fulltilt
