Problem Importing Hands

I buy hands at PTR.com

I always import without problems.

But, yesterday and today when try to import, get 1000 Import Error for each hand.

Absolute and PokerStars rooms.

I try to import an old (not in DB) hand from Pstars and soft import it correctly, i make an autoimport and work. But when try to import hands from file can´t.

Also, i make this. I extract one single hand and put it in a new TXT file, i can import this new file with one hand, but no the original file.

I attach a zip file with one of the original TXT files with problems.

I can import the file without problems (1000 hands). Please reboot your computer, rename the file or copy it to a different folder and try again via import file or import from folder.

If that doesn't work try to import it into a new database for a test.


Are you using HEM 1.10.04b?

I´m using 1.10.04b version

I reboot

I rename files

I try to import, no way, all error hands

I make a new database, i try to import to new database. It´works

Yeah looks like the old database is corrupt,

You should consider the following before starting to use the new database.

Export your hands from the old database and Import your Hand Histories into the new one

If the export fails due to the corrupt database just import your archived hands instead

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries
