Pokerstars: Instant Hand History and Last hand

I've noticed that sometimes the very last hand I play at the table is not imported. It seems to be something that the Pokerstars software seems to be doing.

Does anyone know how long you have stay at the table for it to import correctly?

I noticed it because I went to a small showdown at the last table. I even saw the beginning of the next hand, but was dealt out because I had the box checked.

It still did not create a file for Holden Manager to import.

Are you sure that the Stars client didn't create the file in the Stars handhistory folder? Or did you stop the HEM auto-import to fast so that the hand was imported the next time you used the auto-import?
Usually the hand should be written by the Stars client directly after the showdown.

I considered that. But there was no file created. I also played a few more hands, to see if it would import and it did not.

If the stars client doesn't create the hands there is nothing we can do for you. You should contact the stars support.
