HUD not working

Well i have the small stakes version of HEM, i downloaded it onto Partypoker and worked brilliantly until i moved to Full tilt. I tried to configure my database for FT but i dont understand how to get my HUD to work on it. On my player stats database of cash games etc, i cant get my Full tilt name to appear as the main name so i cant view my current stats. Any help of how i can configure my database would be greatly appreciated, i really need some help guys. :)

Thats helped me alot, but my HUD is still not working, a link of how to set up HUD with an alias or something would be really helpful.

It doesnt tell me how i can make HEM connect to full tilt so it automatically comes up with my HUD when i use my PKersin account on FT. But it was useful to know how to use different accounts for different types of games. Thanks for all the advice you have given me so far aka also, your a big help.

Ok, now I'm confused, what happens when you open a table on FTP?

The HUD is now working as i updated the new version of HEM but the stats won't update any ideas guys?

Is the language in the lobby settings on English?

Have you checked the import folder youve chosen, are the hands correctly showing up there?

try using the table finder

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.
