Getting started

[Whoop Ass]

I downloaded and installed the trial version of HEM and now it wont open the software at all..i got it work right after installing (once) but now when opening it just says "initializing database..." and wont open after waiting for 10 minutes. The box wont close either and i have to close it from Task Manager.This happens every time i try to open it.What to do?

I´m using PokerTracker3 and if i ever get HEM to work, is there anything i should know like changing the Handhistory folders etc? In case in future i´ll be using only HEM..

If your doing a clean reinstall you should consider the following.

Finally Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Then try again
