Setting up player/Aliases---help please

I have read the FAQ and searched this forum with no help.

How do you set up Alias. I have 5 different aliases...one for
each poker site I play on.

I open the "PLayer Alias" option and entered all 5 aliases
separately into the top portion of this option. I don't know
how to enter information in the bottom of this form.

Then, after I have played on a site, not all aliases will not appear
when I use "change a player" in say the cash game reports tab.

I am unable to locate alias for Ultimate Bet (which is good I suppose
because I lost $15)

When I try to select alias for Ultimate Bet, I get this reply:
"you can't select a player that doesn't have any players attached to it."

So, how do you attach players?????

Delete all the aliases in the top pane and choose 1 name which you like, lets say DaringEagle, it dosent have to be a username just any name you like, then in the bottom pane add the 5 usernames, now save and close that and in reports search for DaringEagle or whatever name you like and it should load all 5 combined
