Can't see Hero stats on PokerStars

I can see the others stats, but not mine. I set my preferred seat as 4 in the poker client and in HoldemManager. Hero name is set too. What's wrong?

Do all the villain stats appear in the proper locations?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmupdate


hud options > player preferences > choose configuration: choose applicable HUD

appearance tab > [ ] Disable Hero in HUD should be deselected.


If that doesn't help Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called prefs. To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Everything seems ok. All the villain stats appear in the proper locations. HUD is for all sites. Disable Hero in HUD IS deselected. I don't get it, but thank you.

It worked fine for me once I set the Use For tab and turned off the Fix My Stats position option. You can make the changes yourself or just download and use the prefs file I attached.
