HM GUI wont launch anymore

I'm using HM in a vmware fusion vm with windows 7 pro. Since like 2 weeks the gui doesn't launch. It shows the validating and Database screens and then the normal GUI doesn't appear unfortunately.
LB logfile from today says: [3/31/2010 8:49:44 PM] Init Step 3 Grid
The log logfile is of 28.03.2010 says:
1.10.03c 24/2/12
10000000 dll hinstance 1001cdf0 hook addr
loading prefs
loading prefs 2

Any idea what goes wrong?

Please Uninstall Holdem Manager and reinstall it
