Sorry to start a new thread but I sent an email 6 days ago to sales about getting a new registration code after getting a new computer and most likely messing up completely on the website where you can change computers.

Could someone please either PM me or send an e-mail?

Thank you
Casey

Thanks Morny. I sent actually 2 emails to them on the 25th with all my past information and past email conversations with them. I usually receive an email in a couple of hours but still no luck. I have checked all folders too.

It seems we may have had some technical difficulties. The sales person that closed the ticket says he remembers replying to you but we cant see the reply in the history.

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat
(Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com.

Fozzy - tried emailing you back a few days ago and got no response. Anyways, I do not see any of those files mentioned after unhiding my files

I replied on Apr 3rd. Check your spam or junk inbox.

Hello,

Try this:

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.

If that doesn't work, please attach the Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder.

Regards,

fozzy@holdemmanager.net

Send the reglog directly to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.com.
