Buying small stakes version problems

Hello there,

I'm running into some problems when I try to purchase the Small Stakes HEM. I tried to get it by using the following link on the HEM site: Hold'Em Manager - Poker Tracking and Online Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com/buy/1/Hold%27Em+Manager) .

Then I click the 'buy now' button, which results in the pro version automatically being added to my cart. But I don't want the pro version. How can I get the Small Stakes version in my cart so that I can order and pay for it?

You have to select the small, circular 'Radio Button' for the Small Stakes Version and then choose Buy Now.

Hello Fozzy,

Thank you for your reply it has helped me. However, those radio buttons showed up when I loaded the page and then they dissapeared 1/4 of a second later.

I managed to click the button in that 1/4 second once I knew it. But I thought it was best just to let you know.

OK, can you tell me which browser you were using in case I hear of this issue again?

I went to purchase small stakes and the radio buttons aren't visible. Is there another way to purchase small stakes? I use internet explorer for my browser.

Can you post a screenshot to help us fix this but in the meantime you can try another browser like Firefox or Google Chrome and the radio buttons should show

I used google chrome and had no problem purchasing small stakes. Here is a screen shot when I tried to use internet explorer. Thanks.
