PLAYERS Window Problem

I only see my statistics in the PLAYERS window although is says there are 6183 in the database. How do I see data for other players?

I will assume you have tried the refreash button? and selecting tourney or cash where appropriate?

I figured out that the min hands was set to a high number and other players were being blocked. Thanks for the suggestion.
