for what site and what version of HM are you using

ActionPoker - the hand grabber formats the hands in an old PartyPoker format. If I could see the errors, I could fix the hand grabber.

It dosent highlight the errors just rejects the hands and creates an error log of those file it rejects in the Importing Log Files and then youll need to compare the hands and see whats different like numbers not adding up, A captilisation or space etc

Most of the hands work. I don't see anything wrong with the broken ones, when comparing them to the ones that are working. Here's a simple broken one:

***** Hand History for Game 612306518 *****
$300 NL Texas Hold'em - Wednesday, October 01, 22:47:25 EDT 2008
Table Tiger - Nikita (Real Money)
Seat 4 is the button
Total number of players : 4
Seat 4: NasJones ( $194.21 )
Seat 3: JBaaaa ( $292.50 )
Seat 2: guitarest9 ( $217.02 )
Seat 1: Daig ( $376.32 )
Daig posts small blind [$1.50].
guitarest9 posts big blind [$3.00].
** Dealing down cards **
JBaaaa raises [$12.00].
NasJones folds.
Daig folds.
guitarest9 folds.
JBaaaa does not show cards.
JBaaaa wins $9.
JBaaaa wins $8.

We dont currently support this site, Party Poker recently changed their HH format so make sure your using one of the betas from the release section and try and contact whoever made the converter to get them to fix it or get some original party HH and carefully try to differentiate between them, could be spacing error, capitalisation error or something simple

Yeah, I was hoping you could try importing it and telling me what the error was. I've compared this to working ones and I don't see anything of note... and I am the author :(

Beyond the scope of your support?

Were just too busy at the moment to start working on other sites we dont support and since your having alot of trouble with this its likely to be a complicated fix
