Error when Importing stars Tourney Summaries

I'm trying to import the html file that stars support sent me for MTT sng tourney summaries and HEM isn't letting me import them.

It says that 1 of 1 files were imported but it also says there was 1 import error. Nothing gets updated either so where can I go to see what the error is?
