When I export the hands to a file on my usb drive, the hands are there and seem to be in the correct format.

Then, when I import them using the "Import from File Folder" button, it shows import errors in the same amount of the hands in the folder (456 hands, 456 errors) and no hands are imported.

What is going on?

I gave up, removed hm from my laptop, then reinstalled it. Before I had done something I saw here in the forums, which was backup the db on my desktop, then restore it on my laptop to in effect copy the db's.

All my stats were there, etc. But when I went to export/import some additional hands, it wouldn't work.

After I reinstalled hm, I exported all the hands in my desktop db, then imported those hands into my laptop db and it works. I then played some additional hands on my desktop, which I was able to export/import on to my laptop.

where do I enter my key, and what is my key?

When I export my database of 130k or so hands and 4k players stats, it takes 10 seconds and consists of only 150 hands when i import on new computer.

They get exported to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HandHistoryExport_Multitabling folder. Is this right?

When you start HM, if your using a trial it should offer you the option to register or try trial, choose register and enter your name and key, if you dont get that option its likely already registered.

So your saying its only exporting 150 hands instead of the whole database, please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread
