After updating to 1.10.04, Im having IMPORT ERROR for all the hand histories I bought from Hand HQ. It was all fine before. Anybody having the same problem?

Please try importing them into a new database for a test.

Do you have other workaround?

We are talking about 2 weeks worth of importing.

You can try importing a single file into the new DB as a test. If the problem persists we are sure the problem is with the file or HM version once we rule out the DB as a possible cause. A corrupt/damaged DB can cause import errors.

What types of files are these? text or xml? Are they rather large files? Try using a text editor like notepad++ to make them smaller by cutting part of the file and pasting it into a new file to create 2 smaller files instead of 1 large file.

If neither of the above helps Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

the files are txt files and they are not CAP games just normal NLHE FR.

it works on the new database. just too bad i have to re-import everything.

Please try a reindex of your old database via pgadminIII and try again.
