Can you please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)
with the following:
1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the '\hem data' folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Please add your pre-fetch folder to the auto import folder list. You only have the FTP HH folder setup so far.
<setting name="AutoImportFolderList">C:\Program Files (x86)\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory,True,True,D:\Data\Current HH Files\HM Archive
</setting>
hud options > site options > full tilt
Make sure the pre-fetch box is checked and verify the pre-fetch folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HEM Data
Then add that folder to the Options > Configure Auto Import Folder list.
I had another customer with this same issue last night and I was unable to solve it, but you definitely need to make sure the pre-fetch folder path is setup properly first before I can be sure it is the same issue.
If after setting up the pre-fetch folder you still have problems, Please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Module - http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you. I schedule support from 12:00 - 22:00 EDT, 7 days a week.
