I have all my old bonuses/rakeback in an excel spreadsheet and want to load them quickly into HEM. The easiest way is to reformat the data into the exported file format. Thus I just want to be sure about the format - most of it seems self explanatory, but what is the meaning of the last 2 numbers? (e.g.: the "0,1")

The last 2 fields are playername and siteID in that order, site ID is the id of the site you play at.

Heres a list of all site IDs
-1;"Alias";"Alias";
0;"Party";"PP";
1;"Full Tilt";"FT";
2;"Stars";"PS";
3;"Prima";"PRM";
4;"IPoker";"IPK";
5;"Absolute";"ABS";
6;"Crypto";"CRY";
7;"Bodog";"BDG";
8;"Ultimate Bet";"UB";
9;"On Game";"ONG";
10;"Everest";"EVT";
12;"Pacific";"PAC";
14;"Betfair";"BTF";
15;"Dracula";"DRC";
16;"Entraction";"ENT";
17;"Cake Poker";"CAK";
18;"Boss";"BOS";
19;"Merge";"MER";
20;"PKR";"PKR";

You had 0,1 are you sure it was 0 as this should be a name not a number, id suggest updating to the newest version because it must be the playername and not playerid since when you import into a new database your player_id will change but your playername and site ID wont

Thanks.

I just upgraded but the file looks the same. The third last field seems to be the player name, followed by 0,1. As in my original post.

Should everything work OK if I just leave the last three fields as they are for all bonus/rakeabck entries?

fwiw this was a party SN, so it appears the second last field "0" is the site_id, followed by an erroneous "1".

Seem to be having a bigger problem with this method:

1) I export the "HMExportedBonuses.txt".

2) Then I edit it notepad e.g. just changing the amount and date, nothing else.

3) Then when I try to import it states "0 bonus entries have been imported".

WTF? Sorry about the hassle, it's going to take me forever to manually input years and years of bonus/rakeback data.

Try using notepad++ to edit it instead and be wary of spacing, thats weird you get 2 numbers, ive added 3 different rakebacks including Party and none of them have anything else, besides there isnt even a column in the rakeback table to insert it into so try deleting that number, heres mine

Thanks again, now using notepad++

FWIW, I'm looking at a Exported Bonuses, not Exported Rakeback.

The problem seems to be fundemental: E.g.

1) I export my file with ~12 bonuses in it.
2) I then delete one from the list in Hold 'em Manager. The exported file should now have one novel bonus, that HEM does not have.
3) I then re-import the file, without having ever edited it. I get 0 new bonuses imported.

I'm sure this isn't the most important problem in the world, so unless there is a quick fix you can think of, just tell me to go away, and I will manually input all the data (and curse you throughout the whole process ;))

FWIW, I discovered that to import a Bonus scheme, it can't have the same name as an existing bonus scheme. This was why the above error was happening.

Sorry i thought it was rakeback

Heres bonuses

Holdem Manager Exported Bonus Plan: sadasasdda,200000,05/01/09 01:40:40,sweetpie,4,1

sadasasdda is the bonus name, 200000 is the bonus amount in cents, then date and time of bonus, username, site_id and finally currency_id. The last one currency is irrelevant at the moment but as Roy improves multicurrency then it will have a bearing but don't worry about it for now.

I wasnt 100% sure if your last post meant you figured it out or not? or it still wont work

Thats great, thanks.

I figured it out thanks. If I export the bonuses to a file, and then try to import a bonus with the same name e.g. "bonus1" and there is already a bonus with that name, it will not import.

If I change the name of the bonus in the file to "bonus2", it will import just fine.

So there is going to be a historical floating currency conversion? That would be really awesome for us international players.
