Omaha License

[I see]

I bought HEM pro Holdem, then upgrade add on full Omaha.

Now, I reinstall and the games tab does not allow me to view Omaha 'your HEM license does not allow view any Omaha Data, for upgrade info...'

I did this already:

Signed up for holdemanager.net license site yesterday
Cleared code and relicensed just now
HEM license goes right through once I activate online but does not include Omaha
I get the same error

Start Holdemmanager,
Help->Registration->Clear license code
Restart Holdemmanager and enter the new key.

Please tell me what I am missing, here is what I did.

1st

Start Holdemmanager,
Help->Registration->Clear license code
Restart Holdemmanager OK

2nd

Went to Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/MemberPages/MemberMainPage.aspx)

Clicked reset code
Shows PC#0 and no date activated
Serial number is always the same OK

3rd

Started HEM
Entered Name and Serial Number from webpage ( exact same serial number is already in box so I paste over it)
Activate online, choose PC#1
Says success
Webpage shows I activated it to PC#1 when I refresh OK

No Omaha

Is my serial number from original HEM purchase and needs a new Omaha one?

You should have received a new key for Omaha and Holdem via mail. This is the key you need to use. Your old key will be disabled in some days.

Are you using the word 'key' to mean serial number?

Nothing has been emailed to me.

Yes Key/Code/Serial No all mean the same thing, you should usually recieve your code within a few hours, double check your spam folder and if its being more than 20 hours or so please email sales@holdemmanager.net and someone will follow it up
