Hi,

I'm having problems validating my current version of HM. I installed it about 2 months ago (upgraded to the latest version), and since the trial period has been expired, I cannot enter my serial code. I'm using Windows 7 and I'm running holdemmanager as administrator.

When I start the program, I get the following error : A valid license could not be obtained for 'Holdem Manager', please contact RVG software Ltd for assistance.

Hey,

I still wanted to reply to this thread, because I'm astonished about what happened last year. I should've replied back then, but the situation left me so frustrated that I switched to PokerTracker.

The teamviewer session never happened (l sent info and left it running for more than an hour), and since I don't have any emails from back then because this was almost a year ago, I realize that I don't have any right to make claims.

Don't get me wrong, I still think that the holdem manager software is in many ways more advanced and effective than Pokertracker, but all the hassle made me switch to PT.

I just wanted to point this out, and I thought it would be too lame to post this on facebook. If you want to buy Holdem manager, just don't expect too much more than very standard support.

Sorry to hear about your issue and that you were disappointed with support. I checked the tickets and the support rep ended up running late and followed up by providing his Skype details so you could arrange another session.
