HEM upgrade to Omaha how do I activate?

I have HEM profession just bough the omaha upgrade but what do I need to do to get it to work?

HoldemManager.exe.ldat
I delete and then run HEM again and click the clear serial but its giving me the same message to delete HoldemManager.exe.ldat again

Please email me the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder and ill see whats going on
