Hi

My laptop looks to be on it's last legs, I think the only option now is to reboot it from scratch or buy a new one.

If this is the case will I be able to reinstall HM and how would I get a copy of my license?

Also are their any files I should try back up first? If possible at all.

You will need the serial number for the new installation (Help->Registration-> Show serial number).

I never wrote down the seriel number and Ive now rebooted :(

Is there any other way? my purchase should be linked to my email address delliks@hotmail.co.uk its same laptop just formatted now

I backedup all my hand histories, reinstalled HM uploaded all my hands and now my stats are way off. I played 1300 sngs and it says 400 are not completed, any ideas how I can fix this? My stats on my are useless now but I want the handhistories for my hud.

Did you export and import the summaries for the tourneys too?
