Ongame hand history wont import

I just received 3 .txt hand history from ongame and it wont import. It imports the file but everything is being read as an error.

Which HM Version are you using?

Are the handhistories in english?

I just updated to the lastest version and the files still imports as errors.

Please zip and mail the hands with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net so that we can check whether the format is supported.
