Hi,

I just recommended HEM to a friend and he seemed to purchase and install it no problem. However, when he went to run the software he got an error message saying:

To run this application, you first must install one fo the following versions of the .NET Framework:

Neither of us know where to get this. Can anyone help?

Download and install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/6/1/061F001C-8752-4600-A198-53214C69B51F/dotnetfx35setup.exe
Try to run HM again
