Graphs dont showing.

My HEM its not showing any graph, i can see the hands on report but when i click the graphs tab and press refresh it just Loading Graphs for 0.5 secs and the display a white screen.

I cheked the filters and the player name and everythings its correct, the graph tab is just not working. I've tryed everything i found on forums, disabled UAC, running program as administrator and started that logon service from the control panel. Also updated and reinstaled the hem.

Im using windows 7 64 bits.

Are you sure all filters are cleared and the proper player name is selected? Have you tried a right-click > reset to default size and then Refresh?
