That is because you played mixed currencies. The '$' stat does NOT equal $USD. The '$' stat was from before we added multiple currency support. The '$' stat on the reports tab is basically a 'winnings' stat now and not a currency amount. You will want to use the new multi-currency stats from the Stat Selection > Default Stats menu. On the Graphs tab you can change the currency type in the left sidebar options menu.

i have the same problem the report, session, and table manager icon in system tray all show the different amount of hands (by 3) and a different amount won/loss and none of it is the same as the actual cash at cashier on the poker site how do i get them to all be accurate.

for example
session stats- hands 1454 $usd 16.92
report stats- hands 1459 $24
graph shows hands 1459 24 dollars
table manager in tray shows 1456 hands won 26.32
full tilt actuall winnings were 23.78

and i only use us dollar stat

this was for 1 session no mixed games no mixed currency

ok i created a new database here are the results

session stats -10.24 over 574 hands
report -16.89 over 578 hands
graph -16.89 over 578 hands

so im guessing some setting is off in my session input im not sure what it could be.

when fozzy imported them in his database from the hands i sent him they were all the same where could i be going wrong ?

ftp cashier says the same won 9.52

session shows won 9.12 in 193 hands
report shows won 9.12 in 193 hands
graph shows won 9.12 in 193 hands

ive had a friend import them into his HEM and they come out correct for him, and fozzy has imported some hands i sent him and they also come out correct they are only wrong on mine. i even created a new database and imported them, they are still incorrect it is something in my HEM that is incorrect im trying to figure out what. i know if i send you the hands on your hem it will display properly with the correct numbers.
should i just unistall mine and reinstall it i know it will suck having to redo the hud and all the import files but would that be my best option.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

i thought i replied to this last night but i did look for all the English (US) settings and FTP , my computer, and hem were all set to English or USD

at this point i am not sure what to do maybe an uninstall and reinstall is my best option altho i would hate to set everything up again. what do you think?\

thanks

if reinstalling is the best course of action how do i do it and keep my current hand historys do i redo the entire database or just the Hem interface.

I would try a clean reinstall of a newer PostgreSQL version.

Please update to the latest version 1.10.04 - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmupdate

Before you uninstall postgresql and delete your database make sure you backup everything manually. You should backup your \HMArchive and any other old hands you have.

To backup your current DB manually:

Find and backup your \HMArchive folder. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

Export Your Notes - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/notes-02.jpg

Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback - Options > Rakeback & Bonuses - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/rakeback-bonuses-01.jpg

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/tourney-data-view-01.jpg

and finally:

Export your hands -http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands

Now you can reinstall postgresql:

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel. You can delete the leftover \PostgreSQL\8.x\data folder.
2) Use our combo installer to reinstall PostgreSQL. Make sure you un-check Holdem Manager during installation. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

If that installer fails to install PostgreSQL, please reinstall PostgreSQL using the following instructions:
A) Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > Right-Click > Run As Administrator

net user postgres /delete
B) Reboot.
C) Try installing this version of PostgreSQL - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Postgres_8.3.9-v1.0.7.exe

Import your archived and exported hands. Once the Hands are imported to the new DB you can import the Tourney Results and Bonuses/Rakeback
