new alias

cannot seem to find myself on another site. seem to have set up the 'configure auto import folders' ok, but cannot find my name when searching to add another user to the alias. can you help please? thanks

Have you imported any hands from the new site yet? Are you typing in your serial or trying to select it from the list?
