Flop vs Raise Fold % is how often you fold to someone other than the pre-flop raiser? Or how often you fold to a raiser no matter what? I'm guessing it's the former since I have a stat where Flop vs Raise Fold % is lower than Flop Fold vs Cbet.

Flop Fold vs Cbet is how often you fold to the pre-flop raiser?

What's optimal for these stats and why?

fold vs raise - it means situations when you bet and sombody raises.

Fold vs c-bet - it's about situations when you face flop bet from preflop-raiser.

Just make sure you understand the difference between "bet" and "raise"

In the HUD, there is the stat called "Fold vs flop raise," and I have always thought that it was how often you fold to a raiser no matter who the raiser is.

Here is the definition from FAQ: "Fold Vs Flop Raise - Folding to a Flop Raise"

In reports, there is the stat called "Flop vs Raise Fold Pct."

My guess is that they are the same stat, and both are for how often you fold to a raise no matter who the raiser is. Where it might get complicated is whether or not it refers to folding to a 3bet on the flop too, after you have made a raise. (Such are the mysteries of HM.)

I think that it would be good to have all the HUD stats and report stats listed in one table in FAQ. Put the HUD stats in the left column, and the report stats in the right column. Whenever two stats are the same, they go on the same row.

Thanks Ajax,

I'm working on a solution that combines HUD Stats with Report Stats. ETA - 10 months or more away. This is a big overhaul so I'm going to do as you suggested and create another FAQ with report stats. Once I have the two stat lists with definitions, then I can look into combining them as you suggested.
