"Ooops" message on my HUD...

For my VPIP and 3bet stat on my HUD on pokerstars, instead of showing the stat number, it says "Ooops"...
every other stat works completely fine..
anybody know what this is or how to fix it??

Exactly what version of HM are you using?

i tried to install the update, but it says "The package was unable to replace the following file:C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HoldemManager.exe"
