missing hands & import error

hey guys,
I got a problem that recently I found that HM didn't import all my ongoing hands during the session. And I went through the HM found out that, some of my hands can't import to HM.

So I turn off my auto-import, and start import those hands manually. And I found those hand are identified as "import error".

following is written in the ImportErrors.txt
C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\howardgod\HH20100313 Tauntonia II - $0.10-$0.25 - USD No Limit Hold'em.txt ERROR: XX001: invalid page header in block 37319 of relation "compiledplayerresults_month"

is there any solutions?

This error means that your database is damaged.

Please try a reindex via pgadminII->maintenance. If that doesn't help please create a new database and reimport your hands.

How do I reindex ?
I don't get it "pgadminII->maintenance" what this means.

Follow that FAQ and on the last step choose reindex instead of vacuum
