Default PopUP - time appearance and click it away?

Hey Guys,

i dont know how I should describe it... but I will try.

Well - im talking about the HUD -Display - about the Default Popup. If I go with my mouse over a stat - lets say VPIP - the specific Popup for this stat pops up. If I CLICK on any stat, the DEFAULT Popup pops up. Can you follow me and agree?

Well I have a problem that my PC seems pretty slow. So as soon as I want to see the DEFAULT Popup, it take several seconds before its gone. Because of my PC it makes it much longer.

So I need to know: If the DEFAULT Popup is started - how can configurate, how many seconds or milliseconds the DEFAULT Popup should stay as a popup.
And is there a easy way of close it immediatly?
Because - when I click on the default popup to let it disappear - it take several seconds until HEM recognize my mouseclick and the DEFAULT Popup will stay longer on as a popup then I want.

This in fact tilts me more than anything else. How to change it?

I have "Click For Popup" turned off.

I'm not sure whether i really understand you right:

You open the default Popup with a mouse click - this means you have to close it with a mouse click too.
The time to open and close the popup is not configurable, it just depends on the performance of your computer.
