Manager Question

So I purchased HEM over a year ago and then last night I purchased what I thought was the Omaha Manager. However, when I try to upload my Omaha hands into the new manager it says this version doesn't support Omaha. Then I realized I could've purchased just the Omaha version since I already had the HEM version and saved myself like $20. Is there a way I can fix all of this?

Is there anything special I need to do in order to upload my Omaha hands? Or did they maybe send me the wrong link in the email I received?

You need to have a dedicated omaha license or a combined holdem/omaha code (PR2 or SM2 prefix). You will need to talk to the sales team so they can get your licenses sorted out properly.
