Bug with VPIP/PFR ratio in autorate rules filters > or >= instead of < or <=

Using this stat in autorate rules it makes opposite for example: if u make VPIP/PFR (> or >=) than 2 it actualy filters (< or <=) than 2. I haven`t tried to test PFR/VPIP but you can check it too.

My mistake because I thought that VPIP/PFR value isn`t in percentage
