hello,
My hud is not working on Heypoker
autoimport files are well made.
tables are not automatically recognized in table manager.
When i open table finder, i can see the tables i'm playing on but impossible to reach them.
Could you please help me?
I'm open to a team viewer session if necessary.

i put 10,heypoker.exe in the txt file, it still doesn't work, event putting both exe files in administrator, as i use windows 7.
I really need your help

What happened when you tried using the Table Finder? Did you get an error message? Are you sure you followed the table finder steps properly?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder.

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

hello, i just send a mail to holdemsupport with answers to the requested questions.
yes i update the latest beta
i dont have any thig in table finder (i can see tables put can't reach them (there is a red cross which is also seen)
find herewith the screenshot (i cant paste it in the message)

i finally don't know how to attach a file (they are to high in datas (6076KO)

Could you tell me how you fixed this? I got the same problem. No hud on Heypoker, though HM is importing them.

Via the search function I found a thead where I had to insert some line in config file from HM and it worked. Now I only need to find out how to get the stats at the right place ;)

configure the preferred seating of your Pokerclient and the seating preferences in HM accordingly
* open one Table, play at least one hand
* move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions
* Table manager -> Table -> Save positions
* Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.
