Unclear about prefetching hands.

I'm not completely clear on what prefetching hands does.

When I first sit down at a sng, the hud doesn't display until after the first hand is over. Will setting up prefetching and adding the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\holdem manger\importing\hem data folder to the list of import filters make the hud display right away?

Same thing happens when I sit down at a cash table and I'm waiting for the big blind. The hud doesn't come up until after the first hand I'm dealt into.

Pre-fetch will only work on cash tables. If you use preferred seating and have the observed HUD, the table will spin when you sit down to put you in the preferred seat. The HUD will not be able to correct it's positions until after you play the first hand. So while waiting for and playing the Big Blind the stats often appear to be in the wrong places, but they adjust after you play a hand. It is a good table selection tool but you need to be aware that during the first hand you play the stats are likely aligned incorrectly.
