Hi,
I've been running various release candidates and trying beta versions with bug fixes, including versions 2.0.0.7124, 7125 and 7164, but I can't stop the program from crashing when I click on tournament reports.
Everything seemed to be fine until I manually altered some of the results (tournament size on Party Poker mainly) and then tried loading the various tourney graphs, purely because I'd never looked at them before. The winnings graph was fine, but adding the ROI and Finish Distribution reports made my PC lock up. Now the whole app freezes as soon as I click on the tourney tab on the ribbon, so I can't even see the list of tourneys, let alone my green line.

Is there something I can do to a config file to prevent these reports from loading as soon as I click on the Tourney tab in the ribbon? I don't actually need them to display and was quite happy with the default settings in HM2, so if there is something I can click or delete to go back to the way it started, I'd love to know. (I'm tempted to uninstall the whole program and start afresh, but I'm worried I'll lose my HUD setup and player notes).

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I would like to apologize for the issues you are having with HM2, Please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)
If you have extensions turned off then it may be just called log. Please email the log, directly after you have the issue and before you restart HM2, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com along with a link to the thread or a summary of the issue you’re having

Thanks

I sent a log when the problem first occurred.
I've now fixed the problem by deleting C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ho ldemmanager.config and holdemmanager.config.bak and the C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports folder
That's got me back to the default settings, and I won't be playing about with the tournament graphs until I download the next official release.

Same here with 7135, automatically sent report. By the way the window 'send error' pop-up appears under the main screen.

Please rollback and install this version of HM2: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7053_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe (7053)

Make sure to install on an administrator account and run as an administrator.

Please turn off User Account Control. Turn User Account Control on or off (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Turn-User-Account-Control-on-or-off)

Add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe and postgres to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus.

Make sure that Windows is fully 100% up to date.

You need to make sure that this folder

7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...torial151.html
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/d....mspx?mfr=true

is not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -
